Vessel Walkthrough

Although originally built in 1983, Lady Rebel has the look and feel of a more modern yacht after a complete rebuild and refurbishing that was completed in September 2007.

This model is a Series II with the spacious master stateroom aft with queen berth, two guest staterooms, three heads and roomy salon that is two steps up from the galley.

The first guest stateroom all the way forward features a large V-berth with drawer storage under, hanging locker, opening ports and overhead hatch. Internal access to chain locker. Just aft and to starboard is the guest head with washbasin, stall shower, electric marine head, wet locker storage rail and storage for two dive tanks. The second guest stateroom is aft and to port with upper and lower bunks with storage and Echotec watermaker under, hanging locker, opening ports, and overhead hatch. There is an en-suite head with washbasin and manual marine toilet.

Up two steps is the main salon featuring all newly reupholstered cushions with custom foam and additional washable material covers, teak and holly soles, Levelour blinds and beautiful teak cabinetry that is evident throughout this yacht. There is L-shaped seating to port facing a large folding dining table and opposite to starboard is an L-shaped settee with bench infill and entertainment center with AM/FM stereo, CD player and flat screen TV/DVD with four-zone surround sound for stereo. Abundant storage is available above, under and outboard of both settees and bench infill.  Liquor cabinet to starboard. Breakfast bar facing galley.  Insulated off white vinyl headliner. Overhead teak grab rails. Bookshelf for cruising guide books etc.

The aft facing navigation station is located on the port side at the aft end of the salon, conveniently placed to the main companionway hatch.  In addition to the lift top chart table, storage is below and outboard of the nav station and the electronics are readily accessible.  The electrical panels are adjacent to the nav station and there is an abundance of light and ventilation provided by numerous ports, hatches and new 12V lighting.  Just after of the nav station and down two steps there is an upper bunk with large storage cabinets below, this area is currently used as a storage/workshop area with an additional domestic fridge.

The full width beam master stateroom aft features a queen berth offset to starboard with storage under and a comfortable L-shaped settee to port. There are two hanging lockers, drawer storage, two overhead hatches and several opening ports. Additional storage can be found inside the bench seating, under berth and starboard cabinets. The forward port quarter of this cabin is the en-suite head with vanity, sink, stall shower and electric marine toilet.

Additional Comments

Lady Rebel completed an 18-month total rebuilding and refurbishing that was completed in September 2007 and all systems and surfaces were refinished or replaced. Gene Gammon, the Irwin Guy who was the Irwin 52 & 68 Project Manager for the factory, supervised this project. No expense was spared and over $350,000 was spent in St. Petersburg, Florida making Lady Rebel a showboat with many innovations and updated systems. Since then she has undergone continual improvements, please see separate list.  Come board this fine cruising yacht and you will see and feel like you’re on a new boat.

When anchored in the dark press the button on your pocket remote and the spreader lights come on and the dinghy lift lowers for your arrival.

Press again and you are lifted up and stepping onto the aft deck.
